Disclaimers
Public Frames
Frames you create in Evora are publicly available to all players. Evora may also feature them as additional content within the game. Upon removal of a frame from your user, Evora reserves the right to keep using the frame anonymously within the game to maintain functionallity for other users.
Third-Party AI & Data
Gameplay sends anonymous story data to a third-party AI to generate responses. This data is never used for model training and is not linked to your username or any personal information.
Scoreboard
Your Game Center username and score are visible to other players on the scoreboard.
Data Privacy
Intuition Sync AS does not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Anonymous gameplay data is processed solely to power the AI storytelling experience. Your device's Vendor Identifier (IDFV) is shared with our AI routing provider to monitor usage and prevent abuse. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. To request a copy of or correction to your data, contact: support@intuitionsync.com.
Age Requirement
Evora is intended for users aged 13 and over. Users under 16 must have parental or guardian consent to play. By playing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
AI Safety
All AI-generated content in Evora is fiction. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or any other real-world advice — responses may be inaccurate or misleading. Intuition Sync AS accepts no liability for any damages or consequences arising from following information or advice received through the game.
Moderation of Frames
All frames in Evora are subject to moderation to ensure they meet community guidelines. Frames that violate these guidelines will not be shown publicly and might be removed.. Intuition Sync AS reserves the right to moderate content to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.
Network Usage
Evora requires an internet connection to function properly. Data usage may vary depending on gameplay and features used. Intuition Sync AS is not responsible for any charges incurred by your network provider.
Credits System
Evora uses a credits system for charging users for gameplay content. Credits can be purchased with real money and are spent within the game, amounts can vary depending on the gameplay and interactions.
